New software development process to improve efficiency, productivity

Francisco becomes new director of HRD

Commissioner Jane Elizabeth Burdeshaw recently named Tracy Francisco the department’s new director of Human Resource Development (HRD). Francisco’s promotion was effective Aug. 16.
